These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 98bd ("98bd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at 98bd.ws and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 98bd service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Once your account has been successfully registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Specifically:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access the platform using your account credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your login details are stored securely on any device you use to access 98bd. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number for enhanced account security.

• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be declined or reversed pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Validity period: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be used within the validity period specified for that promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon expiry of the validity period.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic or coordinated play patterns — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal exposure — may have their bonus cancelled and associated winnings voided.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 98bd platform. Product-specific rules for individual game categories (cricket betting, live casino, slots, card games, crash games) are published within the relevant game or product sections of the platform and should be consulted before placing bets.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player after confirmation unless specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant game or market.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically following the settlement of each bet or game round.

98bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed following a system error that resulted in incorrect odds, limits, or payout displays being shown to the player. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account within one business cycle.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
